We initially began with a small job. Marino communicated extensively about timelines and the work, and accommodated our requests for timeline changes. After we started the job, we decided to considerably expand the scope. Marino and the team could not have been more accommodating and despite the expanded scope they minimized disruptions and met the promised timelines to the day.

We were impressed by how Marino and the team worked intelligently and with much care as the job progressed. For instance, at one point, they recommended re-routing various pipes to gain us an extra inch of space in the washroom without any extra cost. Similarly, they re-did some tiling because of slight imperfections, even though it was going to be covered by the vanity, again without any additional cost. These are small things, of course, but they all add up.

It started with a full gut job of our condo and 3 quotes. After meeting with Marino from Sunnylea a couple of times, I decided to trust him with our project and it could not have gone better.

From arranging approvals with my condo corp, working through design changes and material changes with our designer, to scheduling and deploying trades and delivering our finished home on time.

It was all seamless and for the most part, hands off for us.

We moved in almost one year ago and Marino and Sunnylea are now friends of ours and even came to our housewarming party!

I decided to have my condominium stripped to bare walls and cement, and then have it built into a place in which I could work and relax, while wanting for nothing else.

Marino handled all phases of the work from demolition, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tiling and painting always in accordance with his initial timeline and also with meticulous finish!
